KAHUNA’s K9s does NOT guarantee that your dog’s behaviors will be fixed within a specified amount of time nor does KAHUNA’s K9s guarantee that they will be “fixed” at all. Sound discouraging? We’re talking about living, breathing, thinking beings. Your dog isn’t a machine that we can program within a set timeframe. Be wary of trainers who promise that. What we will do is provide you with quality training that has been proven by behavioral science time and again.

Aggression
Dog Aggression is a serious issue!
When KAHUNA’s K9s conducts the initial consultation, the dog’s aggression level will be determined by the trainer. If it is decided by a trainer that the aggression level is more than just a mild case, there will be an additional charge of $200 added to the package (making the package total $500). This is not to discourage owners from seeking help from KAHUNA’s K9s, but is required because of the extra care and training KAHUNA’s K9s will put in to the training program. The behavior modification package is 5 weeks; however, if a dog has more than mild displays of aggression, an additional 4 weeks is added to the schedule to allow for follow-ups and more specialized training.
If you should choose not to use KAHUNA’s K9s for your behavior modification, PLEASE BE SURE TO RESEARCH YOUR TRAINER THOROUGHLY! We cannot stress enough how delicate aggression/behavior modification can be and how important it is to use force-free training methods. This is the opinion of KAHUNA’s K9s; however, behavioral research has found that using inhumane methods can have disasterous affects. If anything, KAHUNA’s K9s can help you, at no additional charge, find an animal behavior specialist qualified to meet your needs.
